On a quiet Privet Drive evening, Dumbledore's plans for Harry Potter unravel. Petunia Dursley, confronted with the magical infant, incinerates the acceptance letter and discreetly abandons him three streets away. Fate intervenes as Marcela Rogers discovers the baby, her guests Amos and Celeste Diggory, along with their four-year-old son Cedric, present.
