Users must create an account to access the service. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and all activities that occur under their credentials.

The platform operates on a credit-based system.

• Users may purchase credits to generate content.
• New users may receive a limited number of free credits.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

The platform is not responsible for unused credits.

In case of technical errors, users may contact support for review.

Users retain ownership of the content they generate, including novels, text, and creative works, subject to applicable law and compliance with these Terms.

Users grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use and process content to operate the service.
• Improve AI models and system performance.
• Use anonymized data for analytics and research.

Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may not be unique.

Similar outputs may be generated for other users based on similar prompts.

The platform does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, or copyright eligibility.

Users agree NOT to use the service to generate:

• Sexually Explicit Content (18+): Including but not limited to detailed descriptions of sexual acts, pornography, or highly sensitive adult material.
• Harmful or Illegal Content: Including extreme violence, hate speech, harassment, or promotion of illegal activities.
• Infringing Material: Content that violates intellectual property rights of third parties.

The platform reserves the right to revoke free credits if abuse is detected (e.g., creating multiple accounts).

AI Safety Bypass: Any attempt to “jailbreak” or bypass AI safety filters to generate prohibited content will result in immediate account suspension.

Accounts involved in fraud or abuse may be suspended without refund.

In compliance with mobile platform regulations:

Reporting: Users can report any inappropriate or AI-generated content that violates these Terms via the “Report” feature in the app.

Moderation: NovelAiStudio reserves the right to review and remove any content reported as inappropriate within 24 hours.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

The platform is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of generated content, loss of credits, or any creative/legal disputes arising from AI outputs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, specifically those attempting to generate prohibited 18+ content or engaging in credit fraud, without prior notice or refund.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of NovelAiStudio constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
