The Blank Book of Aethel

Grieving her grandmother, the gentle Elle seeks solace in her gran's library, drawn to a magnificent blue and gold book with a blank cover. Upon opening its empty pages, a surge of magic pulls her into a realm of idyllic perfection. Sun-drenched villages, joyous inhabitants, and vibrant landscapes lull her into a false sense of security. Yet, beneath the veneer of utopia, a creeping dread takes hold as a series of unexplained, brutal deaths plague the community. With no memory of how she arrived and the book her only tether to her old life, Elle must unravel the dark secrets of this 'perfect' world before she becomes its next victim, or forever remain trapped within its enchanted, deadly pages. Her only hope lies in deciphering the true nature of this fabricated paradise and finding the path back home.
