Beautiful Brat

At Seoul Class University, nineteen-year-old Jeon Jungkook is known as a mysterious, sarcastic art and music prodigy who uses meaningless hookups as a shield. Inside, he is haunted by the psychological trauma, abuse, and manipulation inflicted by his ex-boyfriend, Hoseok. To survive, Jungkook built impenetrable emotional walls, vowing never to let anyone get close enough to hurt him again. Enter Park Jimin, a golden-hearted sports major whose infectious joy and relentless warmth defy Jungkook's icy exterior. When a chaotic campus collision forces their worlds to overlap, Jimin begins chipping away at Jungkook's defenses. But as Jungkook's walls crack, his trauma threatens to sabotage his chance at genuine love. Jimin represents the healing Jungkook desperately fears, forcing Jungkook to choose between the safety of his self-imposed isolation and the terrifying vulnerability of being truly seen. If Jungkook cannot conquer his internal demons, he risks destroying the only person who can help him heal.
