Unbreakable Heart: A Second Chance

Sandra's life shattered when a hit-and-run driver left her with a single leg, forever bound to crutches. Her short stump denies her even the hope of a prosthetic, fueling a gnawing frustration that echoes in every step. While her job and her best friend, Julie, remain constants, a profound loneliness consumes her, a desperate yearning to be seen, to be desired by a man despite her perceived imperfection. Each morning, her ritualistic stop at the office coffee machine is a mundane comfort, until one fateful day, Jim Cotton stands there too. His presence introduces a ripple into her carefully constructed world, offering a glimpse of a future where her disability might not define her capacity for love, yet the scars of her past threaten to keep her guarded.
