The Scarred Don Juan of Surabaya

In the vibrant tapestry of Surabaya and Sidoarjo, from 1979 to 2026, lives Iwan, a cheerful man blessed, or perhaps cursed, with the effortless charm of a Don Juan. Women gravitate towards him, a power that has shaped his tumultuous life. His journey, marked by 'blessings in disguise,' sees him inexplicably sidestep peril and criminality, a mysterious force guiding his path. Yet, beneath the surface of his charmed existence, a deeper ache remains: the memory of a childhood sweetheart, lost to time. When fate intervenes, reuniting them on the eve of their respective weddings, Iwan confronts the true cost of his wandering heart. Can he finally choose love over fleeting desire, or will his gift remain his greatest burden amidst the backdrop of a world he navigates with bewildering luck?
