The Last Summoner of Eden

Kaelen, a reclusive mage haunted by the loss of his family to the Blight, lives in the desolate Last Refuge, a city perpetually besieged by monstrous corruption. When a dying Elder bestows upon him the 'Heart of Eden' - a relic capable of summoning mythical beings from a forgotten golden age - Kaelen sees not a gift, but a cursed burden. The Heart demands sacrifice, its power fueled by his own life force, and each summon brings him closer to the very nothingness he fears. As the Blight intensifies, threatening to erase even the memory of humanity, Kaelen must choose: wield a power that slowly kills him to save a world that feels already lost, or succumb to despair and let the last embers of hope fade. His struggle is not just against the Blight, but against his own paralyzing grief and the cost of every victory.
