The Idle Ninth Prince of the Celestial Empire

Emperor Wei, struck by heavenly lightning, gains a terrifying new ability: mind-reading. As the Celestial Empire trembles under his omniscient gaze, every courtier's ambition and treachery are laid bare. Yet, one voice remains a perplexing anomaly - his ninth prince, Wei Yu. A cheerful recluse, Wei Yu seems content to live a life of tranquil leisure, his thoughts surprisingly mundane, unlike the scheming nobles. Unknown to all, Wei Yu carries a secret from a modern Earth, a powerful data-tablet in his mind. Driven by a desire for a peaceful existence, his 'idle' reforms - inspired by forgotten knowledge - unintentionally begin to revolutionize the immortal empire. From agricultural innovation to civic administration and advanced cultivation techniques, his actions reshape the realm, transforming it into a beacon of prosperity. But this accidental ascent draws the ire of hidden powers and ancient traditions, placing the unassuming prince and his entire new world on a perilous path where his very peace threatens to ignite an empire-wide conflict. Can an 'idle' prince with modern knowledge truly guide an ancient empire, especially when its Emperor hears his every thought?
