The Hunter's Obsession

Michael Blackthorn, a phantom in the criminal underworld, meticulously hunts down murderers, his precise strikes leaving no trace. He's a ghost, a legend whispered in hushed tones, until his latest, most public kill lands a case file on Detective Isabella 'Izzy' Diaz's desk. Isabella, sharp and driven, becomes his new obsession. Michael, a master of shadows, begins to stalk her, a silent guardian in the periphery of her life, watching her every move. He learns her habits, her fears, her vulnerabilities, a dangerous fascination blooming in his cold heart. But as his predatory gaze softens into something akin to affection, the line between hunter and protector blurs. Can a man draped in blood convince a detective dedicated to justice to fall for the very 'monster' she hunts? Or will his clandestine world collide with hers, leading to prison, betrayal, or an even darker end?
