The Catastrophic Revenge of a Kind-Hearted Sun-Priest

Teozcal is a terrifying sun-warrior with a heart of gold. Convinced his fierce rival Itzelia drove his sister to suicide, he vows cold, calculated ruin. His revenge begins with a strange delivery: a preserved gloom-beast heart - intended as a death threat, but hilariously misinterpreted by Itzelia as a romantic proposal. Leaning into the mistake, Teozcal executes his masterplan: become her indispensable, ridiculously supportive boyfriend, then humiliate her at the Obsidian Gala by revealing her terrifying spirit-beast is actually a cowardly, fluffy chinchilla-dragon. Except, Teozcal never reads the historical texts. He completely misunderstood the Gala’s ancient rules. Revealing a “weak” spirit doesn’t just cause social ruin; it triggers an immediate, unyielding divine banishment. As Itzelia is ripped into the terrifying Cenote of Shadows, Teozcal's hollow victory shatters. The agonizing emptiness sets in instantly - especially when his sister casually returns from a secret elopement. Realizing his trusted mentor manipulated him, the once-cheerful Teozcal plunges into desperate, tear-soaked angst. Now, this heartbroken himbo must tear open the underworld to grovel, fight, and win back the woman he shattered. But will she even let him apologize?
