Sipping Champagne as My Ex Burns

Marcella Vespasi learned the hard way that true love ends in a maximum-security prison. Framed by her cheating fiancé Teodoro and murdered over a cafeteria tray, she wakes up five years earlier at her own lavish engagement gala. This time, she isn't shedding a single tear. Her revenge strategy is beautifully simple: systematic, absolute ruin. To crush Teodoro, Marcella sets her sights on his greatest rival, self-made billionaire Zeno Castiglione. Zeno also happens to be Marcella’s childhood bodyguard, and currently, her most infuriating sparring partner in the high-society circuit. Seducing her icy rival should be a simple tactical maneuver, but Zeno seems alarmingly thrilled by her new, murderous disposition. As Marcella orchestrates a hilarious string of "accidents" that eventually causes a paranoid Teodoro to throw his own mistress into a jail cell, she realizes someone else is pulling the strings. Her endlessly supportive, sweet cousin Livia has been the true venom in the garden all along. With her deadpan wit and Zeno's limitless wealth, can Marcella outmaneuver her ultimate betrayer before the wedding bells toll for her funeral?
