SANROOM - The Meaning Of Love

It was a quiet day when Kaito’s desperate search for employment took a dark turn. Unable to secure a decent job and facing financial ruin, he was terrified he would fail to save his terminally ill little brother, Haruki. When a sudden, icy gust of wind blew away his cap, it revealed a stray flyer on the pavement: 'Sanroom Hospital - Doctors Needed.' Desperate for the astronomical salary offered, Kaito lies about his credentials to secure the night shift. But Sanroom is no ordinary hospital. Within its blood-stained, shifting corridors, the 'patients' are grotesque manifestations of human trauma, and the treatments demand sacrificial blood. Armed only with a mysterious, sentient scalpel that feeds on his own sanity, Kaito must navigate a labyrinth of psychological torment and medical murder. To cure the patients and survive the night, he must carve through nightmares, unaware that the hospital's treatments are slowly dissecting his own soul.
