President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa

In a not-so-distant 2026, President Cyril Ramaphosa, a figure of unwavering cheer, finds himself at the heart of an unprecedented national crisis. What started as an innocent 'Clock It' sign to inspire students has inadvertently awakened an ancient, digital entity. This being, feeding on collective optimism, now threatens to transform South Africa into a vibrant, yet utterly bizarre, hyper-reality where every citizen is perpetually 'cheered' into a state of blissful, unproductive euphoria. Cyril's infectious optimism, once his greatest strength, becomes a weapon against him as the entity twists his every encouraging gesture into a new layer of digital madness. He must now navigate a world where rainbows rain biltong and every problem is solved with an automatic, albeit nonsensical, 'Ayeye!', all while desperately trying to reverse a crisis he unknowingly initiated. Can he clock out this digital chaos before the rainbow nation becomes permanently 'clocked in' to absurdity?
