Leo Finch just wants a normal, unnoticed life, but a peculiar genetic quirk has burdened him with the power to command bananas. He can accelerate their growth, animate their stalks into whip-like tendrils, or even harden their peels into resilient shields. For years, he’s viewed this bizarre ability as a cosmic joke, a source of constant embarrassment he meticulously hides. However, when a silent, creeping biomechanical blight, known only as "The Rot," begins to consume vibrant cities and natural landscapes, turning all life into inert, metallic rust, Leo's absurd gift becomes humanity's last, strangest hope. He must overcome his profound self-consciousness and wield his fruity arsenal against an encroaching apocalypse, battling not only the relentless destruction but also the world's disbelief in a hero who fights with fruit. Can a man mocked by his own power truly save a world teetering on the brink?
