My Couch is a Superpower

Stellan Vodyanoy's life goal is to achieve a perfect state of equilibrium between his couch and his ceiling fan. A prodigy who works just enough to afford instant noodles, his tranquil existence is shattered when his girlfriend's snobby family tries to humiliate him. Instead of a breakup, he gets an intervention from a fleet of helicopters and a family he never knew existed - the absurdly wealthy Vodyanoy clan, a secret dynasty of superhumans who can manipulate kinetic energy. Stellan's 'laziness' is actually an unconscious manifestation of their core power: Inertia Nullification. Now, thrust into a world of corporate espionage, rival super-clans, and assassins who can level city blocks, he's expected to lead. His family's ancient enemies, the volatile Pyrovsk Syndicate, see him as a weak link to be eliminated. Stellan must master a power he can barely be bothered to use, all while fending off threats that interrupt his nap schedule. Can the laziest man alive defeat a world of hyperactive enemies, or will he finally have to get off the couch?
