Love between the god of death and the god of moon

‎Mythology of libulan and sidapa. Libulan he actually has two brothers their names are Licalibutan and liadlaw so he, he is often described to the exact opposite of his two brothers. So these two brothers, Licalibutan and liadlaw are masculine, they're big, they are you know but Libulan is the opposite, he is very soft spoken, well mannered. He' is being conscious of his looks, he keeps himself being clean and being beautiful. And the god of death his name is sidapa. So he's a guy that lived alone in mount madhas and from there he could actually see the moon gods including Libulan. So apparently there are different moon gods that would represent each phases of the moon. Now many, many people and gods were captivated by the beauty of the moon and that includes the god of death Sidapa There's another one that's also captivated by the beauty of the moon and that is Bakunawa who is the sea dragon. So when Sipada feel in love with the moon god Libulan, he asked the birds to sing praises to the moon. He ordered the flowers to make sweet perfumes that would reach the skies, and he also asked the fireflies to lie the path in the sky so that the libulan could find him now libulan decided to descend to the earth to find sidapa. So when sidapa met libulan, he showered libulan with gifts attention, care and love. So their romance actually blossom. So they they became a couple very much in love. But when Bakunawa learned of their relationship he became furious and he rose from the sea and devoured one of the moons.
