Kinetic Quirk

Raizen Yosuke, a lone wolf with a chilling gaze, walks the vibrant, chaotic streets of 2018's hero-saturated Japan, a world obsessed with Quirks. His own Quirk, the unprecedented ability to manipulate kinetic energy in every conceivable way, makes him a walking cataclysm. He can condense force into pinpoint piercing strikes, unleash concussive waves of repulsion, or even unleash 'negative kinetic energy' to drain motion from his surroundings, leaving foes frozen. Yet, beneath his cold exterior lies a burning shame: the memory of a past failure where his power wasn't enough, leading to irreversible loss. Now, he's a ghost haunting the edges of society, refusing to engage with heroics despite his power. But when a new, terrifying league of villains emerges, threatening to unravel the very fabric of society by weaponizing Quirks in unforeseen ways, Raizen finds himself at a crossroads. Can he overcome his fatal reluctance and wield his devastating power, or will his past continue to dictate his future and doom this world?
