Glitch in the Lotus

The story opens at Arthit and Maliha’s lavish engagement gala. Chanda doesn’t scream or cry; the painfully shy woman simply hands over the final divorce papers and walks away, taking only her rescued clouded leopard, Sokha. For three years, Chanda shrank herself to fit Arthit’s world, but when she lost their baby and he refused to visit the hospital, her quiet stubbornness finally snapped. What Arthit doesn’t know is that his meek ex-wife is the sole heiress to the Tevan Conglomerate - and 'Naga-Zero,' the most feared hacker of the city's undernet. Told in alternating third-person perspectives between Chanda and her ex-husband, the narrative drips with a slow-burn romantic atmosphere, even though true romance is entirely dead to the lead. As Chanda systematically exposes Maliha’s fabricated illnesses, a devastated Arthit realizes he threw away a diamond for a fraud and begins an agonizing, futile campaign to win her back. Meanwhile, Kiet, an obsessed younger superstar idol, relentlessly pursues Chanda's alter-ego. But Chanda ignores them both. She is hunting a lethal data-trail - one that leads straight to her trusted digital mentor, Phirun. Will she survive the heartbreak of learning her closest ally engineered her baby's death?
