Demon Slayer: The Shadow of Taisho

In the snow-swept mountains of Taisho-era Japan, Kenji lives with a quiet, devastating truth: his family was slaughtered not by random demons, but by a tragedy he directly caused through his own cowardice. Cursed with a shattered Nichirin blade and a self-taught, erratic Breath of Shadows style, Kenji joins the Demon Slayer Corps not to save humanity, but to seek a violent end. However, his fate takes a chaotic turn when he absorbs a fragment of Kibutsuji Muzan's blood during a desperate battle, unlocking a volatile, half-demon physiology that grants him terrifying regeneration at the cost of his fading humanity. Hunted by both the Hashira who view him as a monster and the Upper Moons who see him as a traitor, Kenji must master his corrupted breath style to survive. As the line between man and demon blurs, he must decide whether to embrace the darkness to protect the innocent or let his self-hatred consume him entirely.
