Cursed Scales, Fiery Heart

Elara, a defiant spirit with forbidden fire magic coursing through her veins, faces her village's ultimate betrayal: sacrifice to the dreaded Obsidian Dragon. Bound for death, she anticipates a fiery confrontation, not an ancient forest sanctuary concealed by arcane mists. Her captor, the very dragon of legend, sheds his monstrous form to reveal a cursed human chieftain, Rhian, burdened by a vow to protect his hidden kin. Forced into an uneasy alliance, Elara and Rhian must navigate a web of ancient secrets threatening both their worlds. As they uncover a conspiracy far grander than village superstitions, their wary truce ignites into a passionate, dangerous love, challenging fate and magic itself.
