Arcane Reversionist
By @Alexiz Antipolo
Elias Thorne was an anomaly in the mana-rich world of Aerthos, a youth utterly incapable of casting traditional spells. Scorned by his prestigious magic academy and considered a magical void, his true gift lay dormant until a catastrophic mana surge threatened to unravel reality itself. Elias possesses the unique power of 'Arcane Reversion' - not just dispelling magic, but meticulously unweaving it to its primal state, absorbing and repurposing the very essence of spells. This rare, feared ability allows him to gain strength from his enemies' attacks, turning their power against them, or even rewriting the magical fabric of his surroundings.
As ancient, chaotic energies resurface, threatening to plunge Aerthos into an age of untamed magic, Elias finds himself the unwitting key. The established Archmages, reliant on their rigid spellcraft, are helpless against this encroaching threat. Elias must navigate a world that simultaneously fears and desperately needs his unconventional magic, striving to master his volatile gift before Aerthos succumbs to the maelstrom, and prove that true power lies not in creation, but in the art of strategic unmaking.
