The Ether Weaver's Ascension
By @Eugene Mattheus
Orphaned and adrift, Elara exists on the fringes of society, her only solace the intricate patterns she weaves from discarded threads. Unbeknownst to her, these aren't mere fabrics, but conduits to the Ether - the very fabric of reality. When a city-shattering magical collapse threatens to unravel her world, Elara discovers her unique connection allows her to manipulate the raw energy of creation itself. But this power comes at a cost; every thread she pulls from the Ether weakens the veil between realms, drawing the attention of ancient entities who see humanity as mere playthings. With her thread-weaving cheat, Elara must master her abilities, not just to survive, but to re-weave a broken world and protect the few people she has left, all while grappling with the terrifying scope of her own potential and the encroaching cosmic horror.
