The game master
By @Kyoya Uchi
Kael Frost, a reclusive game designer, finds twisted joy in crafting intricate 2D horror dungeons within his unique system. He meticulously places traps, spawns grotesque monsters, and designs chilling puzzles, blissfully unaware that his digital creations are manifesting as real, terrifying labyrinths across the modern world of Tera. As 'dungeon breaks' become more frequent, threatening to engulf cities, awakened 'dungeon crawlers' desperately fight back against the very horrors Kael conjures. Kael, with his mysterious nature, is humanity's unwitting antagonist, weaving a tapestry of terror while believing he's merely playing a game. Can he discover the devastating truth before his innocent pastime devours the world he unknowingly shapes?
