Unsheathed Saint
By @john1208
The Veridian Sage, Xun Jianli, was a peerless divine physician, a breath away from immortality. But his Ascension Tribulation was sabotaged, his soul shattered and cast back into the mortal cycle. Now, he is reborn into the body of a boy with the same name - a talentless youth from a dying clan, his spiritual meridians sealed from birth. To the world, he is trash. To Xun Jianli, this frail body is a scalpel in disguise. Using his profound understanding of anatomy and Qi flow, he turns the simplest sword arts into unstoppable killing techniques. As he begins his ruthless climb back to the top, seeking vengeance, he is relentlessly pursued by Lian Zhaohui of the Empyrean Guard, a prodigy sworn to uphold justice. But the more Jianli uncovers about the conspiracy that destroyed his past life, the more he realizes it is intertwined with the very corruption Zhaohui is fighting. Are their two paths destined to collide in battle, or converge upon a single, terrifying truth?
