In a brutal feudal world, the spiritual and physical realms have collided, unleashing a tide of mythical horrors upon humanity. Guts, a lone warrior burdened by a colossal blade and a cursed armor that whispers of madness, hunts demons with a cold fury. His former comrade-in-arms, Griffith, once the charismatic leader of the Band of the Hawk, has ascended to a demonic godhood, ushering in this era of terror. Guts' path is one of relentless vengeance against the monstrous entity who stole his peace and reshaped the world. Every swing of his sword is a desperate struggle against overwhelming odds, a battle for his own sanity in a world consumed by darkness and the encroaching shadow of his former friend's new dominion. Can one man's rage overcome a literal god?
