Olenya's Embrace
By @john1208
Zosia has perfected the art of playing the smiling fool. It was the only way to survive being the designated punching bag of the brutal Volhynia Pack. When a pack elder’s funeral provides a chaotic distraction, she finally flees into the forbidden territory of Olenya Hollow. There, she encounters Bramor - a towering, mute outcast whose slashed throat and terrifying reputation hide a profoundly gentle soul. Bramor is dying, his body slowly rotting from the inside out due to a dark curse, but the moment Zosia arrives, his agony halts. Her very scent unravels the dark magic poisoning his blood. Recognizing her as his fated mate, the giant offers her the one thing she’s never had: a sanctuary. But the world outside refuses to leave them in peace. The relentless warlord Kajetan is hunting Bramor, driven by a desperate, tragic need to extract the cursed magic to save his own dying homeland. As Kajetan’s forces threaten the ancient wards, Zosia must drop her ditzy facade and weaponize her sharp mind. Can two broken outcasts protect their haven, or will a desperate warlord tear their sanctuary apart?
