Royal Jealousy and the Fine Line
By @Geovanna Pimentel Borges
Jake is trapped in a torment of his own making. He watches from the sidelines as Heeseung, the boy who occupies his every waking thought, gets physically close with Sunghoon. Jake constantly reassures himself that they are just friends, but the burning jealousy in his chest refuses to die. Everything shifts during late-night study sessions on the velvet couch. Heeseung crosses every unspoken boundary, pulling Jake’s legs onto his lap, tracing his fingers up Jake's thighs with agonizing slowness. He whispers 'my prince' and other devastatingly sweet pet names directly into Jake's ear, sending shivers down his spine. The tension reaches a boiling point when Heeseung casually leans in and asks Jake what kind of intimate photos men prefer to receive. Caught between the fear of rejection and the suffocating desire of Heeseung's touch, Jake must decide if he will finally claim what is his or watch it slip away forever.
