Symphony of the Savage Garden
By @john1208
I never asked for pity, and I certainly never asked to be the vanguard against the demonic hordes. I am Qian Jiuyou, a blind wandering musician who just wants to cultivate my spirit-herbs in peace. But when Yan Lie, the fiery Body-Refining tyrant of the Iron Cauldron Sect, publicly smashed my tea-table at the Drifting Blossom Citadel and mocked my sightless eyes, my patience snapped. With one plucked string of my sanxian and a handful of bamboo seeds, the invincible tyrant was instantly thrashed by an explosive army of spear-wielding flora. Now, I'm dodging furious martial sects and reluctantly teaming up with Hua Qingyan - a dangerously alluring double agent who complains too much but watches my back. As my musical farming techniques turn battlefields into carnivorous, blood-drinking gardens, I find myself standing before Demon Lord Xue Zang. His goal to destroy the world's leylines is shockingly justified, as they secretly drain mortal lives to feed the heavens. During our final clash, I poured him a cup of my special Spring-Sorrow Tea. Will a single sip force a warlord into enlightenment and stop the apocalypse, or will I have to plant a forest over his grave?
