Four Stars for the Phantom Heir
By @john1208
Zorion Kest is an urban legend. As the phantom founder of the Oculon Syndicate, he controls the city's economy from the shadows. But to fulfill his late mentor's bizarre dying wish, he must survive one year as a lowly courier for the gig-app Velocity-X while maintaining a perfect 5.0 rating. He is days away from freedom when Veda Coralis, the city's most infamous and demanding heiress, ruins his streak with a petty 4-star review. Desperate to fix his score, Zorion begins personally catering to Veda's increasingly impossible delivery requests. Her snobby family and elite rivals mock the 'peasant driver' trailing after her, unaware he could buy their bloodlines with pocket change. But the real twist? Veda isn't just a spoiled socialite. She is the undercover CEO of Velocity-X, using the app to hunt down a corporate spy - and Zorion's flawless, physics-defying delivery records have made him her prime suspect. As the chemistry ignites and the elite's mockery reaches a boiling point, who will be the first to drop the mask?
