Four centuries after the cataclysmic war between Angels and Dark Angels, their divine and demonic powers sealed away, the world has become a volatile blend of magic and myth, particularly in modern Japan. Lucky, an outwardly cheerful but inwardly adrift young man, finds his mundane life shattered when he inadvertently becomes the vessel for Satan's Wrath. Gifted with the infernal 'Sword of Fury' and the chaotic ability to gamble for random magical powers, Lucky is thrust into a terrifying quest. He must locate the other six vessels of the Deadly Sins before the resurfacing Dark Angels can harness their power to rekindle the ancient conflict. The fate of Earth hangs in the balance, a pawn between celestial decree and demonic ambition, and Lucky's journey to control the wrath within will determine its survival.
