Sharks and Pups
By @Alexandria Olokor
Agnar, a formidable seven-foot anthro-shark, navigates the bizarre reality of an unexpected pregnancy within a secure research facility. With lean, blue-skinned muscle and a reputation for aggression, Agnar is anything but domestic. Yet, carrying the pups of Melody, a petite dolphin mer, challenges every preconceived notion of his existence. Confined to a world designed for study, Agnar must reconcile his predatory instincts with the delicate vulnerability of impending fatherhood. The facility, meant for scientific observation, becomes a crucible for his identity as he grapples with the alien discomfort of gestation and the silent judgment of his peers. Can a creature of the deep, built for solitary strength, embrace a future defined by nurture?
