Unseen Fist of the Azure Dragon
By @john1208
Jin Ryo wants nothing more than to perfect his technique for napping mid-fight. Scrounging for cash in the underground rings of the neon-drenched city of Xylos, his lazy genius fighting style is a bizarre spectacle. But when he accidentally humiliates the son of a ruthless triad boss, his life of easy anonymity shatters. Cornered and facing certain death, Jin is saved by the sudden arrival of the Azure Dragon Clan, a legendary family of martial artists who have secretly controlled the city's entire underworld for centuries. They reveal the unbelievable truth: he is their lost heir, hidden from a deadly prophecy. Whisked from a grimy apartment to a lavish high-tech compound, Jin is handed immense power, a mountain of responsibility, and a formidable fiancée he's now expected to marry. As he navigates assassination attempts and family politics, he relies on his sharp-witted new mentor to survive. But the prophecy that hid him also spoke of a great betrayer, and the closer Jin gets to claiming his birthright, the more he suspects his protector is guiding him into a masterfully-designed trap. Can a man who avoids effort at all costs find the will to fight when the enemy is already inside his guard?
