David el rey de Bogotá
By @David Rodriguez
David Rodríguez is just another cheerful teenager navigating the chaotic, rain-slicked streets of Bogotá, until a freak lightning strike over the Monserrate sanctuary grants him god-like telekinetic powers. Suddenly, he can levitate TransMilenio buses and stop stray bullets with a thought. But in a city secretly run by 'El Consorcio' - a syndicate of corrupt politicians and supernatural crime lords - such power is a death sentence. When his family is threatened, David must transition from a happy-go-lucky neighborhood kid into a ruthless protector. Armed with his mind-bending abilities, he wages a one-man war against the city's hidden rulers. As the violence escalates, David is forced to decide how far he will go to protect his home, and whether saving Bogotá means conquering it. With the police hunt intensifying and his control over his powers slipping, David must claim his throne or bury his loved ones in the very streets he swore to protect.
