Seasoning for Disaster
By @john1208
All I, Anano Metreveli, ever wanted was to nap. As the laziest prodigy of the famed Saperavi Culinary Institute, my signature move is creating Michelin-star dishes with minimal effort. My dream life of napping in sunbeams is shattered when Vano Dadiani, the notoriously ruthless heir to a ruined gastronomic dynasty, storms into my life. Convinced I'm the spy who stole his family's secret 'Sunstone Salt' recipe, he blackmails me into becoming his private chef at his remote, ridiculously high-tech mountain estate. His plan? To isolate me and break my spirit with absurdly difficult culinary challenges. My plan? To be so outrageously incompetent that he fires me. The problem is, this handsome idiot thinks my burnt offerings are avant-garde masterpieces and my salty disasters are a bold new culinary frontier. Now I'm stuck in forced proximity with a man who glares at me like I'm a burnt pastry but blushes every time I accidentally trip into his arms. And his supposedly loyal advisor seems a little too pleased with this whole situation. Can I expose the real traitor and reclaim my nap schedule before my vengeful, culinarily-challenged boss accidentally falls in love with me?
