The Amber Citadel's Secret Grandmaster
By @john1208
I survived the fog-drenched apocalypse only to watch the corrupted deity Zaltys rot my lover, Saule, from the inside out. Now, a bizarre courier raven bearing a wax-sealed parcel of withered black lotus has violently yanked my soul back ten years to my miserable days at the Gintaras Citadel. Fiercely overprotective and prone to snapping, I'm forcing myself to play the fool - posing as an incompetent alchemy student to keep my little sister Rasa off the academy’s bloody radar. Let that arrogant senior prodigy Domantas mock my exploding cauldrons; I'm busy brewing god-killing toxins in the shadows and trying to win back a still-living Saule. But when a monster breach threatens my sister, Director Valdas unleashes a devastating area-of-effect spell meant to sacrifice the entire freshman wing. Out of patience, I casually catch his apocalyptic blast in a single glass vial, shocking the entire citadel into dead silence. But as the world’s magical laws begin to warp around my elixirs, I realize my regression wasn't a second chance. It was a closed-loop trap, and the rules of time travel I thought I understood were a lie all along. Can I rewrite the laws of reality before the weeping god claims us all again?
