The Shy Courier's Hidden Fist
By @john1208
Rennik Dal just wanted an ordinary morning: make breakfast for his little sister Nomi, hop on his delivery scooter, and keep his head down. But a blown tire and a wrong turn lead him to crash directly into the armored limousine of Karys Vendele, the ruthless and icy CEO of Vendele Synthetics. Facing a hostile corporate takeover and unwanted marriage proposals from arrogant elites, Karys does the unthinkable - she drags the battered, shy courier in front of the cameras and declares him her fiancé. Karys thinks she’s hired a weak, pliable shield to buy her time. Her aristocratic rivals think they have a new, pathetic punching bag. None of them realize Rennik is the sole surviving grandson of the legendary Shinkai martial arts grandmaster, hiding in the slums to protect his sister from the shadow-assassins who slaughtered their clan. As assassins close in and their fake relationship sparks into a fiery, stubborn romance, Rennik is forced to drop his timid disguise to protect the woman he's falling for. But when the dust settles, will Rennik survive the realization that his lovable delivery dispatcher who helped him hide is actually the lead assassin sent to finish the job?
