Tainara, a Brazilian artist haunted by a past she fled, arrives in picturesque Utrecht, Netherlands, clutching a work-and-study visa and a heart yearning for a fresh start. Though art flows in her veins, she enrolls in university courses not for skill, but as a desperate attempt to find structure and escape. By day, the shy, long-haired Tai hides behind the counter of a bustling cafe, her vibrant personality muted, while afternoons are spent in a studio where her true talent quietly shines. Her dorm room on campus offers little solace from the internal storm. When piercing blue eyes meet hers across a crowded cafe, Tai's carefully constructed walls threaten to crumble, forcing her to confront the very emotions she travelled thousands of miles to outrun. Can a new love mend a broken past, or will her fiery temper and guarded heart push away the one person who sees beyond her facade?
