Felix, an upcoming K-Pop idol with a honeyed voice and unparalleled dance moves, returns to his Australian hometown for a fleeting summer break. He is 17 years old. Escaping the relentless grind of Korean training, he craves normalcy, only to collide with Lark, an enchanting photographer and his older sister's university friend. Felix recognizes her instantly from Facebook at cousin's barbecue. She recognizes him too from his band the stray boys. However she is not a fan girl. She is already making a name for herself with her photography and styling of clients. Over the summer he tries to get to know her. He has crush on her that keeps a secret. He endeavors to be in hee trust. They become close and forge a friendship that will bond them for a lifetime.
