Here there are many kinds of people who live in this city surviving every day .
Some are rich , some are poor, some are middle class or some are struggling to breathe , though that is a common issue.
But right now in October, the bright light in the afternoons then heavy rains have created almost havoc for the people living in this city .
The middle class are still struggling not knowing whether to turn off their air conditioners permanently or keep using them and most importantly their bills .
Most of them are still enjoying the weather cause it rains , cold winds blew and still with the beautiful warm sunlight .
