A blinding flash consumed them. Not painful, but overwhelming, like diving into pure light. Cold air rushed in, then warm, heavy with an scent unlike any earthly forest or ocean. Vishnu gasped, his lungs filling with something more akin to liquid starlight than oxygen.
He stumbled, Rohan's arm still clutched in his, as their surroundings coalesced from shimmering haze into solid form.
Raw energy hummed around them, a palpable vibration against his skin. It coursed through his veins, awakening dormant senses, making the very air crackle with potential. This was no Earth. This was something ancient, primal, breathtaking.
Towering flora, bioluminescent and strangely architectural, spiraled towards an unseen ceiling. The ground beneath his feet felt like compressed moss and crystal, yielding slightly with each step. Mists, not his own, but natural to this place, swirled in iridescent currents, revealing glimpses of more impossible landscapes.
Rohan choked beside him, his eyes wide with disbelief, reflecting the kaleidoscopic glow. "What... where are we?" he whispered, his voice hushed with awe.
Vishnu didn't answer. He felt a deep resonance, a familiar pull in his core. This place felt like a memory, a half-forgotten dream finally brought into sharp focus. The spiritual energy here was intoxicating, like coming home.
