“I bet I can make him fall in love with me.”
I said it without thinking.
My best friend stared at me like I had completely lost my mind.
“You? Make him fall for you?”
I smiled confidently. “Why not?”
She immediately shook her head. “Because he doesn't even notice you.”
That was exactly what made the challenge interesting.
He was the cold, arrogant guy everyone seemed to know. He barely talked to anyone, and according to my best friend, he definitely wasn't looking for a relationship.
Perfect.
I didn't want easy.
I wanted a challenge.
“Give me one month,” I said.
“And what happens if you fail?”
