The Homebreaker of Moremi Hall
By @Adaeze Dawn
Kelvin, a quiet public administration student, finds his world upended when his mother, Aunty Janet, blames him for his father's sudden departure from their modest Ikeja home. The accusation, delivered in the stifling silence of a family court, ignites a simmering resentment within him. His father, Chief Idowu, a man of significant influence, vanished with a younger mistress, leaving Kelvin to bear the brunt of his mother's grief and the societal shame. Driven by a desperate need to reclaim his family's lost honor and perhaps his father's affection, Kelvin stumbles upon a cryptic ability: the power to subtly manipulate the emotional bonds between people. His quest to bring his father back to Moremi Hall soon morphs into a perilous game of hearts, threatening to unravel the lives of everyone he touches. Can Kelvin mend his broken family without becoming the very 'homebreaker' his mother accuses him of being?
